In order to ensure that MSF as well as other organisations have the information necessary to provide competitive and responsible wage policies, we are sharing our results here. You will find our estimated monthly cost of living for a family, based on surveying local staff, as well as information on how many responses our survey studies have. Further, you will find the competitive monthly market salary for Basic Skilled staff employed in the country, based on our benchmark studies.
